=TV 5 news story: August Flood: Cheyenne Cleaning-up Cheyenne - 8/6/2008Chris Jose Reports: Clean-up is underway all across the capital city."Its been a stressful day," said beauty salon owner Kristen Kanzler said.Kanzler owns Genesis in downtown Cheyenne. Co-owner Angela Massengill was cutting hair when the weather got ugly."All of a sudden I heard screaming," said Massengill. "I came around the corner to the massage room and it was raining inside."The Cheyenne Civic Center was also damaged by the flood. Civic Center executive director Dru Rohla said the damage was worse the flood of 1985."Basically, everything below the civic center is under water," said Rohla.
