=Strange Lights over Santa Ynez, CA - I am a freight pilot and fly back and forth between San Luis Obispo, CA to Ontario, CA weekly. On this day however while taking pictures of the sunset I saw these odd glowing lights I thought were reflections from the instrument panel to the window, but I tested it by waving my hands over the windscreen, and the objects were still outside. I was flying at 11,000 msl, the object(s) looked to be 5 miles away and a few thousand feet above my altitude.
