Proverbs 22:3 NLT

A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.

there is a decay of conscience, the pulpit is responsible for it))) --

3D Bio-Printers To Print Skin And Body Parts3D printers print by depositing material line by line and then vertically layer by layer. They have been used to make sculptures and repair sculptures, to make three-dimensional objects out of plastics and polymers, and even to print food. Professor James Yoo, from the Institute of Regenerative Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina told the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) his group is developing a system that will allow them to print skin directly onto burn wounds. Yoo’s team were motivated to develop a portable bioprinting system by the injuries arising on battlefields in Iraq and Afghanistan, where around 30 percent of injuries involve the skin. Their research is funded by the US Department of Defense.

Army Targeted U.S. Senators With Psy-OpsThe U.S. army reportedly deployed a specialized "psychological operations" team in 2009 to help convince American legislators to boost funding and troop numbers for the war in Afghanistan. Lt. Gen. William Caldwell, a three-star general in charge of training Afghan troops, ordered the operation, Rolling Stone Magazine reported in a story published late on Wednesday. An officer in charge of the unit objected when he was ordered to pressure the visiting senators and was harshly reprimanded by superiors, according to the magazine.

On Building The Third Temple In JerusalemWhen Rabbi Kook’s students occasionally suggested that the time had come to rebuild the Beit HaMikdash, he would respond in his usual straightforward fashion: “When people approach me with the proposition to build the Beit HaMikdash, I say: What you claim doesn’t come from an abundance of Torah knowledge on your part, but from a paucity of it.” I will try to explain, blee nader, in the next few blogs, some basic things connected to this question, in as simple a manner as I can, according to the teachings of our Sages.

Transexual Womenswear Models (Males Dressed Like Women) Called The “Next Big Thing” In Fashion Industry Last year, plus size models were all the rage. But as ultra-skinny seems to be back in vogue, the fickle fashion industry has become enamoured with a whole new catwalking trend - the male model. Andrej Pejic stunned the crowd at Couture Week in Paris last month sporting a wedding dress for Jean Paul Gaultier and looking every inch the blushing bride - despite being all man. And the impact he made has clearly had a ripple effect as Andrej has made his way across the Channel for yet more gigs.

Federal Judge: Obamacare Allows Congress To Regulate “Mental Activity”Earlier this week, in the fifth Obamacare court challenge, a D.C. federal judge upheld PPACA, ruling that the law was perfectly constitutional. So this is good for Obamacare supporters, right? Not if you read the ruling. First off, it’s worth reminding readers that the law has already been voided in the Florida v. HHS case. Unless Florida v. HHS is overturned by a higher court on appeal, the entire law is null and void, regardless of what other lower courts might do. But Judge Gladys Kessler’s 64-page ruling in this week’s case, Mead v. Holder, hinges on two weak concepts: (1) that the “free rider” problem is fundamental to the health care market; and (2) that Congress has the power to regulate “mental activity.” Yes, you read that right.

Three-Quarters Of World's Coral Reefs In Danger Of DyingThree-quarters of the world's coral reefs are at risk from overfishing, pollution and climate change, according to a report. By 2050 virtually all of the world's coral reefs – from the waters of the Indian Ocean to the Caribbean to Australia – will be in danger, the report warns. The consequences – especially for countries such as the Philippines or Haiti which depend on the reefs for food – will be severe. "These are dire results," said Lauretta Burke, a lead author of Reefs at Risk, a collaborative effort led by the World Resources Institute in Washington and 25 other research organisations.

----You Will Eat What You Are Told! Proposed Legislation Would Make Gardens & Farms IllegalThis proposed legislation would make most permaculturists, farmers, gardeners and bush regenerators criminals. Many native wattles (Acacia spp), an extensive list of legumes including the Leopard tree, Honey Locust, wisteria and cattle forage plants like Desmodium, wetland plants such as the Common Rush (Phragmites), and common pasture grasses (Phalaris spp), even the iceplants in your Granny's rock garden would be effected by the legislation. Having 10 of any of these plants would be considered a trafficable quantity and cause you to be charged and convicted with a federal drugs conviction and criminal record. Submissions need to be sent in before 11 March 2011 to stop this absurd legislation.
