If there is a war, it is likely to be one of maximum risk and effort – in other words, a total war. Every Fourth Turning has registered an upward ratchet in the technology of destruction, and in mankind’s willingness to use it.” The core elements of this Fourth Turning continue to propel this Crisis: debt, civic decay, global disorder. Central bankers, politicians, and government bureaucrats have been able to fashion the illusion of recovery and return to normalcy, but their “solutions” are nothing more than smoke and mirrors exacerbating the next bloodier violent stage of this Fourth Turning. The emergencies will become increasingly dire, triggering unforeseen reactions and unintended consequences. The civic fabric of our society will be torn asunder.

There can be no question that Executive Order (EO) 13603 will create artificial famine scenarios which will bring millions to the camps in search of food and protection from rampaging hordes in search of food.You would be well advised to read EO 13603 from cover to cover if you want to know what is coming. However, the federal government has made obtaining the same information a little more difficult. Sec. 801. Definitions. In addition to the definitions in section 702 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2152, the following definitions apply throughout this order:
(a) ‘‘Civil transportation’’ includes movement of persons and property by all modes of transportation in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce within the United States, its territories and possessions, and the District of Columbia, and related public storage and warehousing, ports, services, equipment and facilities, such as transportation carrier shop and repair facilities. ‘‘Civil transportation’’ also shall include direction, control, and coordination of civil transportation capacity regardless of ownership. ‘‘Civil transportation’’ shall not include transportation owned or controlled by the Department of Defense, use of petroleum and gas pipelines, and coal slurry and pipelines used only to supply energy production facilities directly.

Senator Attempts to Disarm Sheriffs at State Capitol - After entering the capitol for an annual meet and greet with legislators, the state’s sheriffs were confronted and given an ultimatum, disarm or leave the building.
“One of the senators, who they wouldn’t tell us, complained because we were armed in the building,” Wagoner county sheriff Bob Colbert told KTUL News.
According to Colbert, the senator not only refused to identify, but also ordered others in the capitol to relay the message.
“Everybody in that building knew who we were,” Colbert said.
After being given their options, all 40 sheriffs refused to comply with the senator’s demand and walked out of the building, firearms holstered.
“So we all packed up and left,” Colbert said. “Pretty sad day for me.”
