Corrupt Government Can't Stop Police Deaths

It is becoming somewhat numbing this killing of police.

As a boy I can remember the local police representative in the Medina neighborhood of Bellevue, WA, dying in a rescue helicopter crash. The whole community mourned for three days. The 'cop' was not a representative of authority, he was part of the community. He interacted with everyone, regularly and completely. We knew if we had a problem, a concern, that we could talk to Mr. Don. By the same token, if we crossed the line of law, he would be on our back like stink on a skunk because he knew us as well.

Now, when a cop or cops are killed, we merely have an announcement that "flags shall be flown at half staff" for this period of time and all will be well again. Before that time period expires, we have another cop-killing incident or act of violence.

I believe the biggest problem is the fact our government is run by people who, while by definition may not be criminals, do show us repeatedly there are two sets of applicable laws in direct defiance of the provisions of the Constitution.

Is the Administration's open and often immediate assumptive stance that the "police are at fault" to blame or is it a cumulative effect of 15 years of ultimate futility in addressing the concerns of America first. Whatever the cause, this open season on police and the rule of law they represent to an ordered society will destroy us from within--just as Nikita Khrushchev predicted in the halls of the UN more than 50 years ago.

In an irony of majestic proportions, U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch today condemned the Sunday slaying of three police officers in a statement in which she also stated federal authorities were "working" to help restore public trust in police. She was addressing a conference of black law enforcement officers. She added, "At the Department of Justice we are determined to do everything we can to bridge divides, to heal rifts, to restore trust and to ensure that every American feels respected, supported and safe."

How can that be when the government's top police force, the FBI, never presented the charges legally required to be filed against a top political figure running for President? Those charges were eloquently and directly laid out in a press conference before the Director Comey stated there was not enough evidence to indict. He based his decision on intent. If intent is to be the only barometer then "I did not mean to break that legal statue but merely felt I was correcting a violation of this statue this individual (or group) represented" would be the normal defense for every crime in the book.

If the laws are not applied equally and justly to all, then we have no republic at all but have regressed back into the Middle Ages feudal system with noble and serf classes with separate and distinct rules and punishments for each class. As peasants we are left outside the castle walls to fend for ourselves at all times. Inside the castle--elected or appointed national office--is the only place where law applies and is dependent upon your rank..

Just to demonstrate how wide the gulf between the elected elite and the outsider community has become look at the climate change debate even though there has been little to no carnage on this front yet..

Last week, on the floor of the Senate, Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., and 18 of his (dis)Honorable colleagues, intoned judgment against dozens of organizations (mostly non-profit, conservative think tanks) for the crime of "denial-blocking actions on climate change legislation."

The climate change court was heard long, long ago. From the blue whale's decision to return to the sea because land was too hot, to the Ice Age to the mini-Ice Age, we know climate change has happened. Whether or not man's actions are having an effect is not in doubt but the extent of the climate change effect man is having is the debate and as such should be allowed to proceed.

What is overlooked, most of the time, is the huge amount of government-approved budgets those who are inclined to favor climate change proposals receive to foster their belief upon us in the form of shaky science. The fact my questions on this have been met with deafening silence speaks volumes.

Am I justified, since they are essentially stealing my tax payments to provide some assistance to a cause in which I do not believe, in physically attacking the government for this action taken on the floor of the Senate?

By the warped substantiation given by the government in the email scandal, I am--except I am an outsider, just like they would have you believe the police are..

My defense argument would be: I didn't intend to harm anyone, just stop the political unit from putting any more of a fiscal burden on me for something I do not believe in. Therefore you cannot find me guilty because I did not 'intend' to do any harm but protect myself from future, unwarranted fiscal actions.

Technically, I believe any of the killers in the police shootings could provide a similar defense. Something caused them to seek redress of what they perceived as a wrong. The only difference in the latest round of death was the killer traveled to a specific area rather than wreaking havoc where he was but he took it out at a level he felt was the cause of his frustration, anger and fear not recognizing the change was coming from anti-Constitution political agendas.

The attitude of "local cops are to blame" was established from the top, in numerous speeches over the past 90 months. There have never been any charges brought by the U.S. Attorney General's office against any of those marching and chanting "What do we want?"..."Dead cops." Yet now it is suddenly "working to restore public trust?" How? What has changed except now it was law enforcement killed not even lower citizens. Comey exacerbated that with his contorted exoneration of Clinton.

How the American mean to proceed is unclear. The only certainty is it is now open season on the police. That thin blue line between chaos and your door is being wiped away at the same time the government officials who would fine and/or imprison you for questioning climate change but want to suspend your right to carry weapons for your own defense.

The federal government's message is warped at a time it needs to be crystal clear. The focus is on an agenda, not the Constitutionality of one rule of law.

This picture was taken the February 2014 in Norfolk, Virginia. Obama ordered 5 nuclear carriers into harbor for “routine” (?) inspections. Heads of the Navy were flabbergasted by the directive but had to comply as it was a direct order from their Commander-in-Chief.

These carriers were all pulled out from the MIDDLE EAST and the Afghanistan support role leaving our land forces naked and exposed without the air support needed to carry out their missions!

Since Barack Obama has been in the White House, high ranking
military officers have been removed from their positions at a rate
that is absolutely unprecedented. Things have gotten so bad
that a number of retired generals are publicly speaking out
about the ‘purge’ of the U.S. military that they believe is taking
place. As you will saw above, dozens of highly decorated military
leaders have been dismissed from their positions over the
past few years. So why is this happening? What is going on right
now is absolutely crazy especially during a time of peace. Is there
a deliberate attempt to reshape the military and remove those
who don’t adhere to the proper ‘viewpoints’? Does someone
out there feel a need to get officers that won’t cooperate out
of the way?Throughout world history, whatever comes next after a military
purge is never good. If this continues, what is the U.S. military
going to look like in a few years? Perhaps you are reading this and
you think that ‘purge’ is too strong a word for what is taking place. Well,
just consider the following quotes from some very highly
decorated retired officers: -Retired Army Major General Paul Vallely:
The White House protects their own. That’s why they stalled
on the investigation into fast and furious, Benghazi and
Obamacare. He’s intentionally weakening and gutting our military,
Pentagon and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the
ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged.
-Retired Army Major General Patrick Brady: There is no doubt he (Obama) is intent on emasculating the military and will fire anyone who disagrees with him.-Retired Army Lt. General William G. Jerry Boykin: Over the past threeyears, it is unprecedented for the number of four-star generals to berelieved of duty, and not necessarily relieved for cause.

-Retired Navy Captain Joseph John: I believe there are more than 137
officers who have been forced out or given bad evaluation reports
so they will never make Flag (officer), because of their failure to comply
to certain views.
A Pentagon official who asked to remain nameless because they were
not authorized to speak on the matter said even young officers, down
through the ranks have been told not to talk about Obama or the
politics of the White House. They are purging everyone and if you
want to keep your job just keep your mouth shut. Now this trend
