‘Currency Crash’ Drives British Pound To A 31 Year Low As Deutsche Bank Sinks To The Lowest Level Ever

The fallout from the Brexit vote continues to rock the European financial system.  On Wednesday, the British pound dropped to a fresh 31 year low as confidence in the currency continues to plummet.  At one point it had fallen as low as $1.2796 before rebounding a bit.  As I write this, it is still sitting at just $1.293.  Meanwhile, the problems for the biggest banks in Europe just continue to mount.  At one point on Wednesday Credit Suisse hit an all-time record low, and German banking giant Deutsche Bank closed the day at an all-time record closing low of 12.93.  Overall, Europe’s Stoxx 600 Bank Index closed at the lowest level in almost five years.  What we are watching is a full-blown financial meltdown in Europe, but because it is not personally affecting them yet, most Americans are not paying any attention to it. “I work in a classified environment and for those who haven’t, here’s the scoop: There are two separate networks. One is classified and the other isn’t. I have two email accounts – one classified and one not. I can’t email myself from one of the accounts to the other and vice versa because those two networks aren’t connected in any way. Classified computers are behind several levels of security. I have to pass through five levels of security – two of which are logged electronically – just to physically get in front of a classified computer. Once at the classified computer, I must have the credentials already in place to even log on to the classified computer. Every time someone logs on to a classified computer, the usage is monitored and logged. You are not allowed to print classified info on your own but rather you have to get the authority and signature approval from someone else higher up. Classified info is printed on a classified-only printer which is logged. You can’t save data to a flash drive/burn to a DVD without the same authorization and signature. Most classified computers have the USB port/DVD burner disabled. Whatever data is transferred to flash drive/DVD is logged. Again, all of this activity is logged and archived. People in the office will know when you’ve removed data from a classified machine. There is a record of it all. The first time someone saves classified information on a flash drive without authorization would be walked out in handcuffs. With that said, someone knew Clinton and her staff was removing classified material without authorization from the beginning. This administration knew Clinton was using her own homebrew server because Alexrod sent her a happy birthday email when she was Sec of State. So, who all knew this was going on at the time? And why was this allowed to continue for FOUR YEARS?”
