UPDATES ON FULL TRUCK STOPS AND MILITARY TRUCKING--My military friends seem fearful, and have become very tight lip, i would almost say paranoid. Brother, whatever is comming is very close.

Here is what i can tell you from my experience. As for the truck stops, yes, they are ridiculously full, alot of this is because guys are sitting days, and in some cases a week just to find a load. If you watch youll see the same guys there for awhile. Then there is also the bottle neck created by some of the new hours of service regs combined with electronic logs and tracking.
As for the gov end of it, i have seen a hell of alot of big convoys of military vehicles, 20 plus in a section, 4 or 5 sections spread out, more frequently now than just a couple years ago, and way more than i remember over the decades i been out here. Secondly, the volume of "government" shipments, (ie dod fema etc) available through "portal" (gov load board) has dropped significantly. I have quit doing military for the most part, for obviuos reasons. Things are way worse than most people think economicaly. This only touches the strange things ive been seeing lately steve. UN trucks in the middle of nowhere, unmarked c130s landing nowhere near airports or bases, new airports pop up in weeks with no aircraft in sight, Tent cities. My military friends seem fearful, and have become very tight lip, i would almost say paranoid. Brother, whatever is comming is very close.

 RESPONSE FROM MY FRIEND IN FLORIDA ,CONCERNING SLOW DOWN IN TRUCKING AND THE FINANCIAL TOLL ITS TAKING ON THE TRUCKERS FAMILIES AND FINANCES

Steve,

Friday I received a call from a independent flatbed trucker who was being scheduled for Monday to take one of my machines back to the dealer from Florida to Tennessee. He was calling to beg me to get it on Saturday and not wait to Monday cause he has been sitting for over a week and needed a paycheck really bad. After I was able to make some calls and make it happen I called him back to say ok I will help you out. I was able to have a conversation with this good ole boy from the south. He said he has never in his 41 years of trucking seen it this slow. Instead of running 2 times a week he is lucky to be running 2 times a month and its like this all over the country. This is now causing guys to undercut pricing and work for less. Pricing is getting so bad he said its like late 1970's pricing but at todays costs.

Hope all is well for you and your family, God Bless Michael

UPDATE FROM KEN--Steve, I just read the atricle you posted about the trucking slow down, also the alert from your friend. BOTH hit it dead on. I've been in this business over 30 years, and can't remember it being so bad. I've seen several companies go under, almost overnight. I myself, have sold off most of my equipment, keeping only the trucks that are paid for. I even got rid of the trailers. Going to "power only" contracts to minimize even further. If this keeps up much longer, there will be only a few survivors, mostly the older guys who have paid off equipment and still work on their own trucks. Secondly, i got a letter from my factoring bank the otherday, seems they now will have to " pre approve" all loads or they will no longer buy the bills. This tells me that there are alot of shippers not paying on time, and credit is tightening.
Thanks for keeping us informed brother. Reliable information is becoming a very valuable commodity.
Your brother in christ

student-debt-image-2
By Lori Harfenist
According to a new report by the Wall Street Journal, 7 million Americans are flat-out refusing to pay back their student loans because they feel scammed by their universities and government. They feel like they were told to go to school and are now left with worthless degrees, no jobs, and no prospects for the future. The government has tried many tactics to reach these defaulters, but their efforts have been fruitless for over a year.

 Brexit could be delayed to late-2019 as government not ready: Sunday Times
Reuters - Prime Minister Theresa May, who campaigned for Britain to remain in the EU and leads a cabinet of ministers from either side of the debate, has said she will not trigger Brexit talks this year as Britain needs time to prepare. But British government ministers have warned senior figures in the City of London, London's financial district, that Article 50 was unlikely to be triggered early in 2017 because the situation in government was "chaotic", the Sunday Times reported on Sunday.... Elections in France in May, and Germany in September, could also push back the timing of Brexit.... Any delay to the process, however, is likely to draw criticism from the pro-leave side of May's Conservative party, with senior members such as John Redwood calling for a quick departure from the bloc.

 Report: More Than 1,000 Known Child Marriages in Germany
Bretibart - The girls are usually married to older men, and the trend is being linked to the new wave of migrants who entered the country over the past 18 months. The state has logged over 1,000 child marriages, but [the website] N24.de reports that the number of unreported cases may dwarf this number.... And officials are also contemplating a change in law to refuse to accept an underage marriage that took place in a different country before the migrants arrived.... “These marriages have been recognized in Germany, although they violate our rights,” said Interior Committee Bundestag spokesman Armin Schuster.... In February, Breitbart London reported that dozens of child brides had arrived in Norway, with the youngest being just 11-years of age. The phenomenon has also caused concern in the Netherlands, prompted by the disappearance of the nine-month pregnant 14-year-old girl Fatema Alkasem and her 24-year-old husband. Last month the German region of North Rhine-Westphalia, which has seen 188 marriages of migrants who are underage, saw calls grow for the government to intervene and stop the practice.

 "Russian" Hacker Guccifer 2.0 Publishes Complete Personal Information Of All Congressional Democrats
Zero Hedge - According to so-called experts, the Romanian (as he described himself) [Full Transcript of Our Interview With DNC Hacker] hacker Guccifer 2.0 is really a Russian (even though there is still not a shred of evidence to confirm this) who several weeks ago provided a trove of 20,000 emails to Wikileaks, which exposed the corruption at the Democratic National Committee as it rigged the primary election on behalf of Hillary, further revealing just how deeply in bed the DNC and the "independent" media were. As of this afternoon, the "Russian" has made it possible for millions of American to contact their Democratic representative instantly, after he released an excel spreadsheet on his blog - obtained from hacking the DNCC - which includes the personal cell phone number, physical and email address as well as full personal information for some 200 congressional Democrats…. In addition to the Excel file, the alleged Russian hacker also uploaded documents that include the account names and passwords for an assortment of subscription services used by the DCCC, from Lexis-Nexis to Glenn Beck’s web site (password: nutbag). While "Guccifer 2.0" has claimed to be a foe of "all the illuminati and rich clans which try to rule the governments," cyber investigators are busy trying to convince the American public that he is just serving as the media liaison for the Russian government hacking teams suspected of breaching the Democratic Party's computer systems.

Raw Story - A California man and his 7-year-old daughter had a terrifying run-in with the Arizona Highway Patrol Friday night on their way to visit the Grand Canyon. In a lengthy Facebook post, Ken Walton described the experience, in which he and his daughter were held at gunpoint by an out-of-control highway patrolman. Late Friday night, Walton wrote, “Tonight, I was arrested at gunpoint by an Arizona highway patrol officer who threatened to shoot me in the back (twice) in front of my 7-year-old daughter. For a moment, I was certain he was going to kill me for no reason. I’m alive, and I need to share the story. Free Trade Doesn't Work for Americans
Controversy over the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is steadily growing in America. Oddly, both presidential candidates oppose it--which may be the only thing they agree upon.

While the position is unusual for Hillary who never met a deal that hurt America she didn't approve of while Secretary of State, Donald has consistently opposed most multi-national deals because as a businessman he knows most of these deals hurt America's interests.

The free trade deal may become the first-ever victim of rising nationalism in opposition to the globalist view that has persistently won out for the last five decades.

The argument for free trade has a couple of key problems with Americans. Back in the late 1800s when the Industrial Revolution was dramatically changing the political landscape of Europe, America leadership held a protectionist policy view. But the globalist view that has emerged since the onset of the environmentalist movement, especially the one-sided Kyoto Treaty, allowed countries not bound by the restrictions of the Treaty to develop much more quickly while hamstringing innovation in the countries bound by the limitations.

The argument that free trade locks out poor countries and locks in advantages for modern economies is proving false because most of those developing countries--to no outsider's surprise--have adopted protectionist laws similar to those that existed in the countries that prospered first in the Industrial Age.

As poor as the economy has been in the United States, the Euro Union, where Kyoto was embraced with enthusiasm, is failing utterly. The European Central Bank and most of the state (formerly national) governments have gone to negative rates on their bonds, just to stay afloat as tax receipts continue to fall even while more demand is being placed on the same governments by the Muslim influx.

What the tree huggers failed to take into account when adopting their anti-carbon dioxide stance is this is a one-world, one-eco environment. It does not matter whether the pollution from making a product is done in Asia or Africa or the United States--water, air and land pollution becomes a global problem eventually.
True we have cleaner air in Pittsburgh today and Lake Erie hasn't caught fire for several decades now but the conditions in Indonesia and China and other places where business moved to make the products we had banned because of pollution here are dirtier than America's Steel Belt ever dreamed of.

But the irony in the whole situation is the very laws that made America the greatest industrial giant on the planet have been erased by the environmentalists in the name of freedom.

Economically we are failing even with the greatest amount of necessary Gross Domestic Product (food, water and energy) per capita in the world simply because of the idiotic concept of free trade.

The term "political economy" was beginning to be used when I was in school. It is the description of the situation where political agreements in an open market are a catalyst for growth. But growth could only be achieved where all were treated equally well.

In political economies, growth was indeed noted even as the main sectors of the economic base--particularly industrial production and manufacturing--were ruined.  The winners and losers were duly noted but the only area that truly gained a lasting benefit is the political class and the attendant bureaucratic morass.

These areas were necessary to "redistribute" the government's collection of more taxes from an ever-shrinking population base to provide for a growing population segment of those who were economically injured by the free trade agreements. In other words the governments taxed those who benefitted from their free trade deals to provide that portion of the economy who were now deprived.

It is this aspect of a globalist's viewpoint that can count a job as a job whether or not it is a living wage job. Modern economies in Europe, America and Japan were left with these losing-proposition, non-living wage jobs in place of the better paying manufacturing jobs that were politically shipped abroad.

Global commentator George Friedman summed this up rather succinctly in his Wednesday piece. "Proponents of free trade "might say that's life: losers are losers. The losers would say that the winners live in a fantasy world if they think they'll be allowed to maintain that situation. People who think that it is possible to pursue self-interest only in economic life are mistaken. Having established self-interest as a moral absolute, it is likely to spread to other parts of society."

And that is why both Hillary and Donald are publicly opposing free trade. They know the victims free trade has created. The only difference between the two is Hillary is giving lip-service to a problem she is a winner in from working on the inside. Donald, on the other hand, has used the ideal of free trade to make himself a wealthy businessman, not a wealthy politician.

America is at a crossroad economically. The free trade bargain that has been in vogue since the end of World War Two, the world everyone since the Baby Boomers has only known, is breaking up.

It is breaking up partly because the politicians altered the definition of Gross Domestic Product. To cover the failing economic prospects they added in "services." Thus for decades they've been able to prove the economy is growing because GDP is up even as real GDP was falling.  Thus the western civilization is falling.

America's only advantage is it can feed itself, has enough water for everyone (as of now) and has enough energy to be independent of other countries. Europe doesn't have those advantages. Thus their losers are losing more quickly than America's.

An end to "free trade" would go a long way to putting America back on the right road to prosperity. The question becomes does it pass the political stress test where those in power would cut the gains they've made in a global system and work for their constituents--as both presidential candidates allege they would or would they back off when faced by concerted opposition from the House and Senate?

The one thing all political candidates should understand is Americans are tired of supporting the rest of the world, being the policeman, being the rebuilder, being the fall guy when things go awry and tired of being 'globalist-first'. Those that are America-first in their hearts should embrace the candidate who has not shown themselves to be a globalist.

Ability To Handle Retirement Bubble Fading Fast
Retirement is something most people look forward to. Unfortunately, retirement for the majority of people is an illusion created by government as a way to cut the unemployment rate.

To accomplish the task of providing for the retired group, government established an arbitrary age (65) that was selected because that was eight years longer than the expected life span back in the 1930s. It also created some accounting tools so the worker could put some money aside tax-free provided the investment was in a government-approved vehicle and it also set up a mandatory payroll tax system to enforce employees to save by government decree.

The very first Rant dealt with the problem of shortfalls in these various pension/retirement plans established by government. The biggest problem identified then was the ever-increasing benefits package promised on an expectation of an ever-growing work force and government-induced inflation without a corresponding rise in contributions.

Right or wrong, most Americans equate their retirement plan with "wealth." The system was not designed for that. But a more egregious mistake was having workers--and their dependents--rely on more and more heavily on government funding throughout their life spans.

Whether it is food stamps, housing allowances, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, Social Security, Medicare, disability, agricultural assistance, small business loans--anything and everything that originates with government sources or plans--the gravy train is about to derail but it will derail faster and more harshly on the retired crowd.

This can be asserted not only from the phony worth of the fiat system but also because of accounting tricks that would land the average taxpayer or business in prison for fraud.

Some of the policies of the current Administration are directly adding to the problem, some of the problems are caused by those in charge of the pension plans giving unreasonable expectations and other problems are the result of normal economic cycles. But each does not add to the problem but multiplies and thus magnifies each shortcoming even more.

Take for instance the minimum wage ruse. Seattle jumped on the bandwagon of the $15 per hour base. Instead of the boon expected to the work force in pay, the results have put pay now to almost dead even to where it was before. The main culprit seems to be shorter hours. On average the work force lost four hours per person every three months. Thus the higher pay equates to an increase of $24 per month or $72 for the three-month timeframe but the lost time is taking $60 from the earned amount because of the lost work time.

But that's on average. What the big brains who implemented this little test failed to recognize is companies and government systems are on a  pay-graduated scale. (You don't think the original income tax code was founded on a 'graduated pay scale' without forethought, do you?)

But current think tanks are so used to the system they don't understand how the proposals work. The higher on the food chain, the bigger the increase in pay because the people each step up the line also needed more income to justify their status in the workplace. Also the average increase in final cost has to be passed along.

But the real lack of foresight came from those who permanently lost their jobs. Low wage employees affected by the law fell by 1.2% in Seattle. Another 3% have apparently left Seattle altogether. This is damaging to a city reliant upon everyone contributing to the tax revenues. The benefit-to-cost ratio prediction has missed badly.

This same problem arises in the pension plans established to supplement or replace FICA on other payrolls. Just as with other government retirement plans, many Police and Fire pension plans are running at less than 50% of needed assets to cover promises accounted for in holdings.

In late 2008 Forbes magazine did a in-depth study and found some states had less than 30 cents on the dollar for promised benefits back then. The very best state was still 17% underfunded and that was before the real pinch from the Great Recession had been felt. In the weak economic recovery since, revenues continue to fall further and further behind promised outlays.

One overseer of a public fund in Texas summed up the problem fairly well: "It is hard to cut benefits. But this plan [the local one] needs a lot of capital and it's hard to know where it's going to come from."

This is also the problem with the national pension plans promised federal workers, the Social Security retirees and the Veteran's Administration. Brightly glowing promises simply cannot withstand the ugly light of truth. All are badly underfunded; Social Security's Permanent Trust Fund was stolen during the Clinton years and now every dollar of overspent claims is funded directly by additions to the national debt.

One hand cannot be taking more from what the other hand can grab  for long without the system imploding and America's retirement system is about to reach that point across the board.

In 2009 the Rant termed the situation the U.S.S. Titanic. Oddly enough, last Friday an article by economist Mohamed El-Erian likened the retirement system to the Titanic. He claimed the iceberg was the "degree of long-term financial security depends on three elements: future returns, correlations among different asset classes and volatility. The outlook for all three is becoming more uncertain."

It is a no-win game set up by the U.S. government to buy support from a population worn down by a decade of economic Depression in the 1930s. It has been exacerbated since by unrealistic promises of a brighter and brighter retirement for all--even though the average life expectancy has risen by 20 full years and now exceeds the retirement date insuring most will receive at least 10 years of unpaid retirement benefits.

When this bubble does burst, the backlash will exceed anything seen since the Civil War. That is not hype but merely the truth based upon the average American's expectations of his government. The bubble is fast outgrowing government's ability to contain.

America: You Will Go Insane Because Of What Your Eyes Will See

Woman Eyes Water - Public DomainA cloud of madness is descending on America, and most of us are completely unprepared for the chaos that will be unleashed during the months ahead.  This morning, I was reading through Deuteronomy when I came to a phrase that really resonated with me.  In the Modern English Version, this is what Deuteronomy 28:34 says: “You will go insane because of what your eyes will see”.  As I read that, it struck me that this is precisely what America is heading for.  There are going to be people that have vast quantities of food and supplies stored up that are still going to blow their brains out when they see what happens to this country because they don’t have any hope.  Without hope, I don’t know how anyone is going to make it through what is coming.  If you think that the unrest and violence in Milwaukee are disturbing, just wait for a while, because much, much worse is on the way. President Obama has signed an executive order that allows for the US military to use force against American citizens for the first time in history.
 The order was signed on July 1st, 2016 and is titled “Executive Order — United States Policy on Pre- and Post-Strike Measures to Address Civilian Casualties in U.S. Operations Involving the Use of Force“.
The order appears to have changed the rules of engagement between the military and ordinary U.S. citizens in an end-around the Constitution.
Whitehouse.gov reports:
EXECUTIVE ORDER
 UNITED STATES POLICY ON PRE- AND POST-STRIKE MEASURES TO ADDRESS CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN U.S. OPERATIONS INVOLVING THE USE OF FORCE
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. United States policy on civilian casualties resulting from U.S. operations involving the use of force in armed conflict or in the exercise of the Nation’s inherent right of self-defense is based on our national interests, our values, and our legal obligations. As a Nation, we are steadfastly committed to complying with our obligations under the law of armed conflict, including those that address the protection of civilians, such as the fundamental principles of necessity, humanity, distinction, and proportionality.
The protection of civilians is fundamentally consistent with the effective, efficient, and decisive use of force in pursuit of U.S. national interests. Minimizing civilian casualties can further mission objectives; help maintain the support of partner governments and vulnerable populations, especially in the conduct of counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations; and enhance the legitimacy and sustainability of U.S. operations critical to our national security. As a matter of policy, the United States therefore routinely imposes certain heightened policy standards that are more protective than the requirements of the law of armed conflict that relate to the protection of civilians.
Civilian casualties are a tragic and at times unavoidable consequence of the use of force in situations of armed conflict or in the exercise of a state’s inherent right of self-defense. The U.S. Government shall maintain and promote best practices that reduce the likelihood of civilian casualties, take appropriate steps when such casualties occur, and draw lessons from our operations to further enhance the protection of civilians.
Sec. 2. Policy. In furtherance of U.S. Government efforts to protect civilians in U.S. operations involving the use of force in armed conflict or in the exercise of the Nation’s inherent right of self-defense, and with a view toward enhancing such efforts, relevant departments and agencies (agencies) shall continue to take certain measures in present and future operations.
(a) In particular, relevant agencies shall, consistent with mission objectives and applicable law, including the law of armed conflict:
(i) train personnel, commensurate with their responsibilities, on compliance with legal obligations and policy guidance that address the protection of civilians and on implementation of best practices that reduce the likelihood of civilian casualties, including through exercises, pre-deployment training, and simulations of complex operational environments that include civilians;
(ii) develop, acquire, and field intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems that, by enabling more accurate battlespace awareness, contribute to the protection of civilians;
(iii) develop, acquire, and field weapon systems and other technological capabilities that further enable the discriminate use of force in different operational contexts;
(iv) take feasible precautions in conducting attacks to reduce the likelihood of civilian casualties, such as providing warnings to the civilian population (unless the circumstances do not permit), adjusting the timing of attacks, taking steps to ensure military objectives and civilians are clearly distinguished, and taking other measures appropriate to the circumstances; and
(v) conduct assessments that assist in the reduction of civilian casualties by identifying risks to civilians and evaluating efforts to reduce risks to civilians.
(b) In addition to the responsibilities above, relevant agencies shall also, as appropriate and consistent with mission objectives and applicable law, including the law of armed conflict:
(i) review or investigate incidents involving civilian casualties, including by considering relevant and credible information from all available sources, such as other agencies, partner governments, and nongovernmental organizations, and take measures to mitigate the likelihood of future incidents of civilian casualties;
(ii) acknowledge U.S. Government responsibility for civilian casualties and offer condolences, including ex gratia payments, to civilians who are injured or to the families of civilians who are killed;
(iii) engage with foreign partners to share and learn best practices for reducing the likelihood of and responding to civilian casualties, including through appropriate training and assistance; and
(iv) maintain channels for engagement with the International Committee of the Red Cross and other nongovernmental organizations that operate in conflict zones and encourage such organizations to assist in efforts to distinguish between military objectives and civilians, including by appropriately marking protected facilities, vehicles, and personnel, and by providing updated information on the locations of such facilities and personnel.
Sec. 3. Report on Strikes Undertaken by the U.S. Government Against Terrorist Targets Outside Areas of Active Hostilities. (a) The Director of National Intelligence (DNI), or such other official as the President may designate, shall obtain from relevant agencies information about the number of strikes undertaken by the U.S. Government against terrorist targets outside areas of active hostilities from January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016, as well as assessments of combatant and non-combatant deaths resulting from those strikes, and publicly release an unclassified summary of such information no later than May 1, 2017. By May 1 of each subsequent year, as consistent with the need to protect sources and methods, the DNI shall publicly release a report with the same information for the preceding calendar year.
(b) The annual report shall also include information obtained from relevant agencies regarding the general sources of information and methodology used to conduct these assessments and, as feasible and appropriate, shall address the general reasons for discrepancies between post-strike assessments from the U.S. Government and credible reporting from nongovernmental organizations regarding non-combatant deaths resulting from strikes undertaken by the U.S. Government against terrorist targets outside areas of active hostilities.
(c) In preparing a report under this section, the DNI shall review relevant and credible post-strike all-source reporting, including such information from nongovernmental sources, for the purpose of ensuring that this reporting is available to and considered by relevant agencies in their assessment of deaths.
(d) The Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs may, as appropriate, request that the head of any relevant agency conduct additional reviews related to the intelligence assessments of deaths from strikes against terrorist targets outside areas of active hostilities.
Sec. 4. Periodic Consultation. In furtherance of the policies and practices set forth in this order, the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, through the National Security Council staff, will convene agencies with relevant defense, counterterrorism, intelligence, legal, civilian protection, and technology expertise to consult on civilian casualty trends, consider potential improvements to U.S. Government civilian casualty mitigation efforts, and, as appropriate, report to the Deputies and Principals Committees, consistent with Presidential Policy Directive 1 or its successor. Specific incidents will not be considered in this context, and will continue to be examined within relevant chains of command.
Sec. 5. General Provisions. (a) The policies and practices set forth above are not intended to alter, and shall be implemented consistent with, the authority and responsibility of commanders and other U.S. personnel to execute their mission as directed by the President or other appropriate authorities, which necessarily includes the inherent right of self-defense and the maintenance of good order and discipline among U.S. personnel. No part of this order modifies the chain of command of the U.S. Armed Forces or the authority of U.S. commanders.
(b) No part of this order modifies priorities in the collection of intelligence or the development, acquisition, or fielding of weapon systems and other technological capabilities.
(c) No part of this order shall prejudice or supplant established procedures pertaining to administrative or criminal investigative or judicial processes in the context of the military justice system or other applicable law and regulation.
(d) The policies set forth in this order are consistent with existing U.S. obligations under international law and are not intended to create new international legal obligations; nor shall anything in this order be construed to derogate from obligations under applicable law, including the law of armed conflict.
(e) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Wall Street's movement into emergency services is terrifying. Wall Street is buying 911 emergency services and giving homes color-coded threat ratings
MassPrivateI - Since the 2008 mortgage crisis, private equity firms have increasingly taken over a wide array of emergency services like 911. They also own two of the biggest ambulance companies in the country, according to the article they own at least 10 more ambulance companies. States like KY, NC, DC, MO, CA, FL, KS, IL, IA and UT have or are considering privatizing their ambulances services…. “These are very sophisticated investors, and they’re not just looking for ways to get bigger,” says David White, CEO of New York-based TransCare, the largest privately owned ambulance service in the mid-Atlantic states. “They’re looking for ways to create more value when they put everything together he said. Wall Street firms also own, healthcare groups and anesthesiology companies…. Companies like Intrado Communications which is run by two former deputies are in charge of our country's 911 services. Intrado Communications assigns every home a threat rating. "... Smart911 is a national system that provides citizens with the ability to create safety profiles online holding personal data that is automatically displayed to 9-1-1 only during emergency calls. Information can include children’s photos, medical conditions, disabilities, home addresses of cellphone callers, or other rescue-related information…”… Any high-priority 911 calls, defined as in-progress or life-threatening crimes, will now be filtered through a database to assess any possible threats an officer may encounter while responding. "The database goes through all public information for the call’s location — from arrest records to pizza deliveries — and gives the address a rating. Green means minimal threat, yellow a possible threat and red a major threat." Alarm bells should be going off across the country. Why are private equity firms allowed to run 911 emergency services?… Numerous private equity firms are owned by foreign investors, which means foreigners are giving American homes threat ratings!
