stacy_lynne - I have been doing specific research on Cheyenne and Agenda 21 projects since we spoke on the phone.  The City of Cheyenne Official Website has made it very difficult to find information on the A 21 project called PlanCheyenne (it is way down in the lower corner in small font).  The link to the Plan is broken, but it can re-direct if you wait for it to load.  Broken links are typical in these A21 projects.

I think I remember a family member mentioning that KGAB has been covering A21 issues for a while.  Is that true, and is there a group of people educating the people of Cheyenne about what PlanCheyenne means to their money and freedom?

I  have been telling everyone about Agenda 21  for a couple of years now, look at the reference to Map 21 and beware of the people's agenda when or if they do a presentation on Agenda 21 here in Cheyenne, look for key words so your not fooled thinking this is good for Laramie county or the City of Cheyenne. Barry sent this email below read what's coming in yellow. I would like to have Stacie Lynne  from Ft. collins  come to cheyenne and teach our local government what to look for. As you look its pretty environmental wacko stuff and its tied to the highway funding bill. Be ready to stop it at the local level now.
