…my observation going to Cheyenne, Wyoming was that they have now installed four cameras at every stop light that i went through!… When i drove by walmart they have installed many many cameras in bundles of three all along the top. I am sure you have seen this but I hadnt here. and in the parking lot has cameras on light poles. I also noticed installation of light polls. even where others were standing. Strange. Don’t know about that….

American Tyranny Is Here
The U.S. government and its political leadership is stuck in inconsistent application of law enforcement when it comes to immigration.
America has an established procedure, set in statutes and regulations for getting into the country and then becoming a citizen. But you can't tell that by reading news reports.
Friday's Wall Street Journal ran three consecutive stories on the subject. In a report one of the largest apple growers in the country was hit with a multi-mill dollar fine for employing illegal immigrants. This was sandwiched between two other reports--one on a Pew poll that claimed almost three of four survey respondents said illegal immigrants should be allowed to stay and another on a presidential candidate who wants automatic voting rights for everyone--including children of illegal immigrants--in America when they turn 18 unless they renounce that right.
The key word in all three stories was not immigrant but "illegal". But how that is being applied by the government defies the written law in favor of political expediency. That is not any principle upon which America was founded.
Start with the Broetje Orchards' case. Last Thursday the Washington state-based company was hit with a $2.25 million fine for hiring illegal immigrants. That was just because there is a law delineating legal employment practices which outlines penalty consequences for employers who disregard the law.
Then was the poll released by Pew which claimed vast majority of those polled "believe illegal immigrants should be allowed to remain in the U.S." (Please note there was no indication that Pew verified the respondents were legally in America to begin with.) But what would have made the poll more compelling would have been to include questions about criminal activity in general and compare to see if the same percentage felt any or all criminal activity should be exempt from legal consequences.
But the most strident, agenda-driven voice came from Hillary Clinton in a speech at Texas Southern University. Clinton attacked Republicans who favor having voter photo ID requirements. She said the voter ID push is a concerted effort "to disempower and disenfranchise poor people, people of color and youth from one end of the country to the other."
This is why I am confused. The government fines a company for hiring illegals by their own definitions and procedures but then sponsors a government paid-for survey which alleges most Americans support allowing those people to remain in America and that is followed up by a leading presidential candidate endorsing a proposition taking all control away from one of America's most cherished right--the right to vote in a free election.
My confusion stems from the definitions the government has issued. If criminals forfeit their right to vote for their illegal activity, then the very definition of the term "illegal"--a term the government applied when it fined an otherwise legit business for faulty employment practices--should preclude anyone, ANYONE in America who has broken an immigration law from ever having the right to vote whether they entered the country as a dependent of some else or of their own accord.
But to have a person who proposed to attain the presidency trying to buy votes by endorsing more law-breaking and is an attorney by trade shows how far our legal system has become politicized.
America is a nation established with a common set of laws for all. It ran pretty well under that definition but now the government, consistently and willfully, selectively enforces only those cases where it agrees with the law.
Sorry D.C., if you have that right, then so does everyone else. Bernie Madoff chose not to follow your laws on banking or investment and you jailed him. How? Why? Oh, I see, you wanted to prove the financial sector was fair and just. Um, perhaps you ought to clean your own dirty laundry first!
If you selectively pick which laws to enforce, none of you are acting legally but are committing illegal acts--akin to crossing the border. Every time tacit approval is given by Congress abrogating its authority or the Supreme Court stands silent, they are making a mockery of America's principle. You cannot not enforce a law just because you do not like it. If that is your choice then I propose we have a game of Cowboys and Politicians.
Every time Washington selectively enforces a law but denies its citizens the same right, it subjects Americans to the tyranny of individual preference. That will destroy the rule of law here and our nation faster than any outside threat.

Federal Court Tells Postal Service its Temporary Rate Increase must be…Temporary AllGov - The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled last week that USPS’s emergency price increase of 4.3%, in place since January 2014, cannot last forever.
