Proverbs 22:3 NLT

A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.

Bond Bubble Set To Pop
http://godsdestiny.org/destiny_christian_center3_011.htm
Alan Greenspan spent his entire tenure as Federal Reserve Chairman fighting the horrors of inflation. Now the venerated economist sees a bigger battle, the bond market bubble, even while he defends the tight spot the Federal Reserve is in now.

"What people are not focusing on is we have a bond market bubble. [The same kind of non-focus those who should have known better allowed in the housing market.] When that decides to work its way off, we're in trouble," said Greenspan recently. He added, "The United States, as badly as we are doing--is still the best of the worst [world economies]. Nobody is doing well so that still doesn't make us any better."

But it was the bond market that had Greenspan spinning. In the past two months the price on a 10-year Treasury has dropped significantly while pushing the yield 25% higher. He admitted he fears the bond market bubble throughout the global markets, not only because of the debt itself but because of the interest rate moving as well.

"Think of what that will mean to the budgets of the world governments," he said. "They are running on fumes and the slightest increase in rates [like the Fed is contemplating] will push them off the cliff."

Some experts think the bubble has already broken and the global economy is out of control already. For a point of reference the agreed to Greek bailout is a prime example.

The Euro Union asked for a received assurances of tougher austerity measures by the Greek government before it would release additional funds to the Greeks. The Greeks just elected a non-austerity proponent and his government agreed to the terms! Nothing has been signed yet but look at a couple of facts. The Greeks are two weeks late making a payment on their debt (1.6 billion euros) because they have no money. By this agreement, the European Union will be sending the Greeks an additional 89 billion euros so they can stay afloat. That doesn't make any sense.

Despite many economists dismissing the depth and impact of a Greece default, Greenspan showed extreme concern. "A direct impact occurs because of the fact Europe is a significant part of the international community. There is no way anything affecting Europe cannot impact the U.S. negatively."

The Rant has long accused the Federal Reserve under Ben Bernanke's leadership of using up all its ammunition by dropping interest rates too fast to allow for a flow through the economy and its unparalleled printing press run in stimulation.

The extra dollars all stopped on Wall Street's financial district, lending a quick fix to the markets, but leaving Main Street America in dire straits. This situation was repeated around the globe as the central bakers engaged in a currency war to make sure their fiat was weakest in order to "spur economic growth."

This situation was succinctly summed up recently by Claudio Borio, head of the Bank of International Settlement's monetary and economic department when he said, "Persistent exceptionally low [interest] rates reflect the central banks' and market participants' response to the unusually weak post-crisis recovery as they fumble in the dark in search of new certainties."

That is the best summation of the neo-economist problem today. They were pumped full of theory in school in earning their degrees but no factual basis for the theory existed in a problem. They are essentially looking for a theory that fits the current situation's facts and they are simply not equipped to do so. No economics degree on fact-based premises has been awarded in more than 50 years so even the professors of these courses are operating in the dark.

It is the main reason the printing press run didn't work.

Unfortunately the Euro Union's insistence on austerity programs won't last long. The Greeks may agree to them, as they've done twice before, but won't enforce them because they are not really interested in solving the problem but just want to make sure the wreck doesn't occur on their watch.

That is a repeated scenario around the globe and forms the basis for Greenspan's uttered worried. He has identified the problem. It is many times larger than the housing bubble. It affects every nation and every decision very, very negatively yet hasn't tapped its potential.

Sooner or later somebody has to pay the debt promised back in time. That could very well spark another global Depression that opens the door for revolution and war around the globe that will make the on-going fighting seem like child's play.

"I have sworn on the altar of God eternal hostility to every form of tyranny over the mind of man."--Thomas Jefferson

Stone Cold Proof That America Deserves Judgment
Selling Human Body Parts - YouTube screenshotWhat should be done to a nation that has killed more than 56 million babies and doesn’t even feel bad about it?  And why is the U.S. government giving hundreds of millions of dollars each year to an organization that murders hundreds of thousands of babies, harvests their organs, and then sells them to medical researchers?  An extremely disturbing video that was just released shows a top Planned Parenthood coldly discussing the sale of aborted body parts over lunch.  But now that this has been revealed, will America do anything about it?  The purchase and sale of human body parts is a felony according to federal law, and the commercial trafficking of aborted baby parts is “punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of $500,000″.  So will anything happen to Planned Parenthood and the executives involved in this illegal activity, or will Planned Parenthood just continue to collect hundreds of millions of dollars from the federal government every year?  I think that we all know that the answer is going to be, and it will be yet another reason why America will deserve every ounce of the judgment that is about to hit this nation. REPORTS COMING IN LIKE THIS FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY-HEADS UP THOSE OF YOU WHO USE CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS FOR EVERYTHING-KEEP CASH ON HAND
Hi Steve,

I wanted to share something with you that is going on here today and yesterday. I live in Utah, one of the two states officially declared, “hostile” in JADE HELM 15. My family and I live about 75 miles north of Salt Lake City, in a good size valley, surrounded by mountains. There is a quiet joke here in the valley that one could turn the valley upside-down, and it would rain guns for three days. I think that is understating things a bit myself.

Anyway, I took my son to lunch today. We went to El Toro Viejo, a decent, sit-down Mexican restaurant in the downtown area of this town of 50,000. As I walked in the front door, and tell the hostess that we need a table for two, she tells me that the Credit/debit card reader is down, and taps the counter-top unit. She says she called the processor, and was told that it should be up again in just a few minutes. I said I was planning to pay with cash anyway, so no problem.

We had our burritos and quesadillas, and enjoyed our lunch. As we were eating, I told my son, 10, that I thought it was strange that the Credit card payment system was down, given other things going on in the country lately, and that it had been gnawing on me. He asked, “do you think it is something like what happened to the NYSE, a few days ago. And United Airlines?" I was surprised that a 10-year old had been paying attention to this stuff. And, I mulled his question over in my mind.

We paid our bill, with cash, and the waitress brought us our change. As I walking out I asked the gal at the front desk if the CC payment system was back up. She said, yes, that it was only down for 20 minutes. I asked her if that happened often. She said no — it hadn’t happened since they opened up their new location in August, 2014. But, she said in passing, it happened yesterday too — it was down for about 20 minutes.

Both times the outages were during the lunch hour. Two days in a row. Starting on the day that Jade Helm kicked off.

Maybe it was nothing. Maybe it was a little piece in a bigger puzzle. I’d be interested in hearing if other retail establishments are having CC processing issues. I can’t help but think, “Dry run.”

PuertoRico misses its first debt payment as its default risk rises - Puerto Rico is in need of cash because investors have effectively closed the island’s access to the capital markets by demanding high interest rates

Puerto Rico lurched one step closer to default, saying one of its agencies failed to transfer cash to a trustee to cover an Aug. 1 debt payment because the legislature didn’t appropriate the funds.
It’s unclear whether the Public Finance Corp. will pay $36.3 million of bonds maturing that day. If it doesn’t, that would mark the first time Puerto Rico has defaulted on a debt payment and would come as the commonwealth seeks to negotiate with creditors to restructure $72 billion of obligations.
The missed transfer underscores the fiscal squeeze on the U.S. commonwealth, which is pushing for Congress to allow some of its public corporations to file for Chapter 9 bankruptcy protection.
“This payment may not be made and will probably lead to the government trying to exchange this paper,” Luis Fortuno, Puerto Rico’s governor from 2009 through 2012, said during a telephone interview. “I don’t think this, in and by itself, is enough to cause Congress to act on Chapter 9. There is a lot of talks about some strings attached to Chapter 9, although it’s not clear exactly what that would be.”
The Public Finance Corp. owes about $1 billion of debt repaid through legislative appropriation, according to the Government Development Bank, which works on the island’s debt sales.

Islamic Terror Attack On U.S. Soil Kills 4 Marines – And This Is Just The Beginning
Muhammod Youssuf Abdulazeez - Mugshot from Hamilton County JailThe city of Chattanooga, Tennessee is in a state of shock.  On Thursday, a heavily armed Islamic terrorist sprayed a Navy and Marine reserve center in Chattanooga with gunfire without any warning.  Four U.S. Marines were killed, and three other individuals were seriously wounded.  The shooter has been identified as Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, and it is being reported that he used a “high-powered rifle” to conduct the assault.  He did not survive the attack, and it is not clear if he even intended to.  Authorities are investigating whether or not he had any connection to ISIS (which he almost certainly did), but nobody is disputing the fact that he was Muslim.  Hopefully this horrific incident will serve as a huge wake up call for millions of Americans.  Islamic terrorists are already here – and this is just the beginning of their reign of terror on U.S. soil. The Bankruptcy Of The Planet Accelerates – 24 Nations Are Currently Facing A Debt Crisis
Dominoes - Public DomainThere has been so much attention on Greece in recent weeks, but the truth is that Greece represents only a very tiny fraction of an unprecedented global debt bomb which threatens to explode at any moment.  As you are about to see, there are 24 nations that are currently facing a full-blown debt crisis, and there are 14 more that are rapidly heading toward one.  Right now, the debt to GDP ratio for the entire planet is up to an all-time record high of 286 percent, and globally there is approximately 200 TRILLION dollars of debt on the books.  That breaks down to about $28,000 of debt for every man, woman and child on the entire planet.  And since close to half of the population of the world lives on less than 10 dollars a day, there is no way that all of this debt can ever be repaid.  The only “solution” under our current system is to kick the can down the road for as long as we can until this colossal debt pyramid finally collapses in upon itself.
