Chinese bank ICBC to buy London gold vault
MarketWatch - ICBC Standard Bank PLC said on Monday it is buying Barclays PLC's precious-metals vault, in the latest move by the Chinese bank to increase its role in the market's infrastructure. The move makes parent ICBC, the world's biggest bank, the first Chinese lender to own a vault in London and extends its influence in precious metals from pricing to storage. With China the largest consumer of many metals, the country's banks have increasingly bid to own or help run the infrastructure in these markets. The vault, one of the largest in Europe, stores gold, silver, platinum and palladium. "This is an exciting acquisition for the Bank," said Mark Buncombe, head of commodities at ICBC. "This enables us to better execute on our strategy to become one of the largest Chinese banks in the precious metals market."

What in the world is happening to America? Recently, I was asked to describe what we are watching happen to our nation. After thinking about it, I have come to the conclusion that it is almost as if a “cloud of insanity” has descended upon the United States and much of the rest of the western world. In the “real economy”, stuff is bought and sold and shipped around the country by trucks, railroads and planes. When more stuff is being bought and sold and shipped around the country, the “real economy” is growing, and when less stuff is being bought and sold and shipped around the country, the “real economy” is shrinking. I know that might sound really basic, but I want everyone to be on the same page as we proceed in this article. Just because stock prices are artificially high right now does not mean that the U.S. economy is in good shape. In fact, there was a stock rally at this exact time of the year in 2008 even though the underlying economic fundamentals were rapidly deteriorating. Here in Wheatland, Wy we have seen a huge amount of what looks like military caravans in the area. Was driving to Laramie, Wy on a back road and met a possible 75-100 vehicles of some sort in a few convoys!! I will attach video below.
Also saw this truck with AMES on it. Armed Mobile Emergency & Safety. Do you know anything about these…government, military, UN Etc. Have seen a couple more but no pictures of them.

Almost nobody knows who the heck these guys are (Armed Mobile, Emergency and Security *AMES). I found one ARSOF officer who had come across AMES.

fight a guerrilla war against rogue American units.
