Citizen Mandate: No Islamic Refugees

Okay Americans, it is time for us to draw a line in concrete. This Administration must be impeached immediately. If the RINOS in Congress won't do it, then they must go also. It is time to take our country back.

I am tired of having the Administration claim one thing publicly and then, when you try to get the information from it to justify how their claim is valid, have the door slammed.

The latest salvo originated with the Obama Overtime Mandate. It finishes, ominously, with the Mideast refugee crisis. Terrifyingly, this Administration uses the first to justify the latter.

Jesse Panuccio is a name that should be known by everyone, but is not. Mr. Panuccio is the executive director of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and he placed a superb op-ed piece on the Overtime Mandate in the weekend edition of the Wall Street Journal.

In the mandate, the Administration claimed the plan would add almost 5 million American workers to the overtime payrolls at a cost of $2 billion--for the first year. Panuccio was alarmed because his department couldn't make that work in the state of Florida alone. So they requested specific data and the methodology used by Labor to calculate the projections.

They hit a blank, brick wall of denial. Panuccio asks a very pertinent question: Why would the Obama administration shield this information?

Using the best information available, Panuccio's agency did its own best-case reconstruction of Labor's math. Labor projected Florida would have 370,000 workers added to the overtime payroll benefit; Panuccio's group identified 195,000 that qualified. However, while Panuccio's group was able to only come to within 53% of the workers classified under the Overtime Mandate, they obliterated the projected cost. Labor contends $2 billion would be necessary for the nation in the first year. Panuccio's group, for Florida alone, hit $1.7 billion in added costs.

What started with an innocuous sounding bill to "aid the middle class" is turning into a nightmare. Based on the people and the cost, Labor's original estimate would have added $6.09 per worker per week. But that figures out to less than one hour a week of overtime, for those on minimum wage. In fact it comes out to a lofty 22 minutes on average.

The most startling finding by Panuccio's group was the small business worker would probably receive more than $5,000 each year in overtime pay. Small business accounts for more than a third of all employment in Florida. The total cost to this backbone of America's economy in Florida? Try $243 million. Small business doesn't have access to that kind of cash. Panuccio's study concluded, "The mandate will have the perverse result of eliminating jobs of workers it purports to help."

Now flip to the refugee deluge about to inundate America. As badly as the Administration presented facts, no strike that! As badly as the Administration presented hoped-for results in the Overtime Mandate based on dubious math, the mandate to force Americans to live next to potential Islamic radicals is that much worse.

According to left-leaning CNN this is how the refugee process is supposed to work.

Potential refugees first apply for refugee status through United Nations High Commission for Refugees. UNHCR decides who merits refugee status based on parameters laid out in 1951!!! Even allowing for that, this is what is established as a "basis." A refugee is someone who "owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality, and is unable to, or owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country."

Bureaucratic B.S. at best and worthy of Obama's best political rhetoric.

The vetting process is a joke in Europe and it promises to be even worse for those coming to America. You think Europe is going to keep a questionable applicant when it can pawn that individual off on the U.S.?

But let's get back to the vetting process. According to CNN, several federal agencies, including the State Department, Homeland Security, Defense Department, National Counterterrorism Center and the FBI are involved in the process. Great, five agencies who couldn't stop an Islamic shooter employed by the U.S. Army, five agencies that can't explain Benghazi, or the Boston bombing or--well you pick the incident.

Here's the real problem. I've listened to new military recruits take their oath in public displays. Part of that oath is to protect the United States from all enemies. foreign or domestic! Some of these recruits will be involved in sending the refugees to America on planes (it sure will not be a civilian operation). So I am calling on them to live up to their oath and refuse to send these people here because nobody can be sure they are not importing a foreign enemy.

I do know I haven't seen a single written account of a Jew, a Christian, a Buddhist or a Hindu causing a terrorist act in the last 10 years. Yet Islamic 'radicals' have across the globe. What is ironic is the Hindu, Buddhist, Christian or Jew living in a place that allows Muslims to live could be a refugee from any of those places under the UN definition from 1951!!! Yet not a single one is being considered, only Islamists are allowed refugee status.

The final bit of evidence in what should be the coffin for this ill-advised refugee program to America is this. What are termed "radical Islamists" by this president are not. They are merely following the dictates of the Quran. Those who protest this is a peaceful religion exclude the majority of the book. Islam was founded by war, built by war and continues to subjugate by war.

I know, I read it in a "Philosophy of the Mind" class in order to compare the religions of Jew, Christian and Islam for a final thesis. The crux is Islam kills even its own, it has no moral base except the guy in power's version of what Islam is to be or not be. He quashes every other form of thought with impunity.

Do you want that to come to your neighborhood? The administration refuses to tell anyone--even state governors--where these people will be placed, who they are, what is their background. If we allow it and my daughter or yours winds up mutilated for some alleged offense against Islam, you and I are to blame and, by all rights should be held criminally liable.

Get in touch with your three Congressional officials. Implore them to get rid of the usurper who is violating his Oath by even considering this move before the filth is brought here. If they don't, they should be recalled until we get a government that lives up to the Constitutional provisions of their office.

Over the last few months, in a prime example of currency failure and euro-defenders' narratives, Finland has been sliding deeper into depression. Almost 7 years into the the current global expansion, Finland's GDP is 6pc below its previous peak. As The Telegraph reports, this is a deeper and more protracted slump than the post-Soviet crash of the early 1990s, or the Great Depression of the 1930s. And so, having tried it all, Finnish authorities are preparing to unleash "helicopter money" to save their nation by giving every citizen a tax-free payout of around $900 each month!
