The Financial Apocalypse Accelerates As Middle East Stocks Crash To Begin The Week

It looks like it is going to be another chaotic week for global financial markets. On Sunday, news that Iran plans to dramatically ramp up oil production sent stocks plunging all across the Middle East. Stocks in Kuwait were down 3.1 percent, stocks in Saudi Arabia plummeted 5.4 percent, and stocks in Qatar experienced a mammoth 7 percent decline. And of course all of this comes in the context of a much larger long-term decline for Middle Eastern stocks. At this point, Saudi Arabian stocks are down more than 50 percent from their 2014 highs. Needless to say, a lot of very wealthy people in Saudi Arabia are getting very nervous. Could you imagine waking up someday and realizing that more than half of your fortune had been wiped out? Things aren’t that bad in the U.S. quite yet, but it looks like another rough week could be ahead. The Dow, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq are all down at least 12 percent from their 52-week highs, and the Russell 2000 is already in bear market territory. Hopefully this week will not be as bad as last week, but events are starting to move very rapidly now. (Read More....)

Historic Global Economic Depression Underway: French Bank Analyst Albert Edwards Albert Edwards, an analyst from french bank Societe Generale, predicts global deflation is going to wipe out 75 percent of the value from the S&P 500.

I believe God has called me to reveal the coming destruction of the United States. Every year since 2011, He has told me things coming in the following year. Here are a few examples:

In the spring of 2012, He told me Obama would win re-election, and he did.
In December 2012, He told me war would begin to ramp up in 2013, and these conflicts would become the foundation for World War 3. This was fulfilled in the Middle East. Starting in January and again in May 2013 Israel launched air strikes into Syria. ISIS was formed in April 2013 and ramped up their attacks in Syria and Iraq, which later became the excuse used by other nations to escalate their military efforts in the region.
In January 2013, He said, “The budget deal will pass, but it is just a ploy. Economic collapse will come later.” By December the deal was signed into law and we are now much closer to economic collapse.
In 2014 He told me rioting would increase, which happened from August to November in Ferguson Missouri.

God doesn’t speak with me through dreams or visions, like He does others. He just speaks to me directly. My father, who is also my pastor, has this same gift. I’m not looking for fame, money, or materialistic things. I just want to make God happy. I’m just a truth teller.
On December 23 2015, He showed me what is coming to America in 2016 and beyond. Then He led me to put it in the form of a poem.
At the very end of 2015,
And the year of ten plus six,
That wicked old Satan,
Will be up to evil tricks.
December through February,
Winter finds itself here,
A sudden event will strike,
And many will be in fear.
Know then My judgment,
Has come upon this land,
God reigns supreme,
And deals with a heavy hand.
From March until June,
The spring season shall arrive,
There will be many people,
Found not to be alive.
During this same season,
Another checkpoint will originate,
Then another crushing blow,
Will seal this nation’s fate.
During these two seasons,
The economy will decline,
Look to Me My people,
I say, ‘Your souls are mine.’
For war will be inevitable,
It will not go away,
I implore My holy people,
Stay on your knees and pray.
The dog days of summer,
Will follow and draw nigh,
Protests will fill the streets,
With a far more violent cry.
At the end of the summer,
As the season reaches a climax,
JADE HELM will come to life again,
Surely it will be brought back.
The fall season will bring,
another election year,
But by this time our nation,
Will be firmly gripped in fear.

And will not enter My pearly gate.
Moral bankruptcy,
They have truly filed,
They do not know Me,
For they are not My child.
You who refuse to teach,
My people the ways of the Lord,
Soon you will find,
You can not escape my sword.
Promising My people,
Nothing but houses and cars,
But these will not get you,
Not get you very far.
Tell the people to stop,
To halt all of their sins,
Tell them to live holy,
So they can enter in.
It is time for the saints,
To be truly tried,
Stand firm upon My word,
And in Me truly abide.
If you deny my son Jesus,
In front of any man,
You will sink faster,
Than standing in quick sand.
So know these things,
They surely will take place,
Come live your life for Jesus,
And receive My mercy and grace.

Italian bank stocks are crashing (with BMPS down 40% year-to-date) as Reuters reports that investors are growing increasingly nervous about how the sector will cope with lower interest rates and a 200 billion euro ($218 billion) pile of loans that are unlikely to be repaid. The broad banking sector is down 4% with stocks suspended, and in light of this bloodbath, Italian regulators have decided in their wisdom, to ban short-selling of some bank stocks (which has driven hedgers into the CDS market, spking BMPS credit risk).

The last time the major political parties disintegrated, back in the 1850s, the nation had to go through a bloody convulsion to reconstitute itself. The festering issue of slavery so dominated politics that nothing else is remembered about the dynamics of the period. Today, the festering issue is corruption and racketeering, but none of the candidates uses those precise terms to describe what has happened to us. Nobody knows where the shit show of 2016 is leading. The uncertainty around it is helping to sink what remains of the old economy, and one can easily discern a very dangerous set of feedbacks creeping into place.

Although there are many ways this crisis could escalate further, it is clear that Puerto Rico is
already in the midst of an economic collapse...

Puerto Rico is already in default. It is shifting funds from one creditor to pay another and has
stopped payment altogether on several of its debts. As predicted, creditors are filing lawsuits.
The Government Development Bank, which provides critical banking and fiscal services to the
central government, only avoided depleting its liquidity by halting lending activity and sweeping
in additional deposits from other Puerto Rico governmental entities. A large debt payment of
$400 million is due on May 1, and a broader set of payments are due at the end of June.

Puerto Rico has been shut out of the municipal bond market for more than two years and ran out
of the funding sources traditionally used to finance government operations more than six months
ago. In response to the crisis...

More recently, Puerto Rico has resorted to a series of onerous and unsustainable emergency
liquidity measures, including selling assets from already depleted pension funds; borrowing from
the workers compensation and other insurance funds; and withholding hundreds of millions of
dollars in tax refunds owed to its citizens. Not only do these actions affect the most vulnerable
citizens in Puerto Rico, the unpaid obligations do not go away; they simply accumulate and make
long-term recovery even harder to achieve.

The worsening fiscal and economic situation means real suffering for the people of Puerto Rico... The unemployment rate, at over 12 percent, is more than double the U.S. average.

Nearly 10 percent of the population has left since 2006. In the first six months of 2015, each
week nearly 3,000 Puerto Ricans left the Island in search of better opportunities on the mainland
